Venture into an exciting half-day biking tour through the diverse trails of the rainforest trail network at Smithfield Regional Park. An experienced guide will lead the way to explore a range of trails available at Smithfield to suit your skills and preferences. You will be provided with high-quality equipment, including a selection of dual suspension or e-bikes and an Australian safety standard helmet. Whether you prefer easy flats, flow tracks, rock drops and more, you’ll have the option to ride 60km of tracks ranging in difficulty from easy (green), intermediate (blue) to advanced (black/double black). Journey through the breathtaking vine-covered jungle on trails carved out of volcanic clay, many even hug the tree line offering stunning views of the Great Barrier Reef. With world-class trails suitable for all skill levels, this mountain bike park is perfect for adventurers. Conveniently located just a 20-minute shuttle ride north of Cairns Airport, it’s easily accessible for all enthusiasts.

  • Minimum 1 rider per booking however a minimum of 2 riders is required for the tour to operate
  • Please note this tour may be weather dependant
  • Our bikes come in a range of adult sizes
  • Rider minimum height and maximum weights may apply
  • This tour is able to be tailored to the guest's riding ability, however it is an active tour. To enjoy your half-day adventure to the fullest, some mountain bike/cycling experience is preferred, with a moderate level of fitness
  • From time to time we have a couple of individuals on the one tour, however our guide-to-rider ratios are kept small to prioritise rider safety and comfort
Cancellation Policy
  • Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
  • Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
  • Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
